Sacred Whisper

The healer closet isn't always some big dramatic secret. Most of the time it's quiet: the "I could be wrong, but..." before you share what you know. Calling your gifts "energy stuff." Waiting until you feel "ready" to actually use them.

In this episode, I walk you through the three sneakiest ways healers stay hidden, why they feel so normal, and how to start catching them this week. Listen for the one that makes you go "oof." 👀

If you heard yourself in this episode, come step out with us. 🧹

Out of the Broom Closet starts November 2. One week together to clear the fear underneath the hiding, name your gifts out loud, and finally use them, with a Quantum Illumination Reiki® clearing on every call.

It's only $11.11, and I want you inside. So get your booty in there. 😉

Have you ever felt something come through during a healing session, known exactly what you wanted to say, and then swallowed the words because you were afraid of how they'd be received?

Healer, I've been there.

Growing up, "talks too much" was written on practically every report card I brought home. Yet somehow, I was also the teacher's pet. The good girl. The one who learned that being good meant being safe.

And years later, even after becoming a multi-Reiki master, I found myself staying quiet about the very spiritual gifts I had spent so much time developing.

Then 2022 brought me my own modern-day witch hunt, and everything in me wanted to hide.

In this deeply personal episode of Sacred Whisper, I'm sharing how the voice I was taught to quiet became the very thing I mastered.

We're exploring:

• How childhood conditioning can shape your willingness to trust and express your spiritual abilities.
• What my own modern-day witch hunt taught me about being seen.
• Why even highly trained healers can struggle to say what comes through during sessions.
• The moment I finally spoke what I was receiving out loud to a client, and what shifted within me.
• Why true confidence in your gifts comes from practicing, experiencing, and trusting yourself rather than collecting more information.

Because your spiritual gifts aren't meant to stay locked away in your mind, body, and soul.

They're meant to be explored, experienced, and USED.

And sometimes, the very thing you were taught to silence becomes the thing you're here to master.

🔮 EXPLORE THE COVEN

If you're ready to stop second-guessing your spiritual abilities and start actually using them, I'd love to invite you into The Coven.

This 6-week mentorship experience is devoted to activating, amplifying, and building confidence in your spiritual abilities and soul codes through play, practice, and sisterhood.

We begin November 11, 2026.

For most of her life, Kim felt drawn to the spiritual world. Crystals, astrology, energy healing, and the mysteries of the universe fascinated her. But growing up in an environment where those interests weren't encouraged meant keeping much of that curiosity to herself.

Years later, that curiosity led her into energy healing, traditional Reiki, Egyptian Reiki, and eventually Quantum Illumination Reiki®.

In this episode of Voices of QIR, Kim shares her journey through QIR Levels I, II, and III and the profound personal experiences and shifts she's noticed along the way.

We talk about:

• Her experiences with lucid dreaming and expanded awareness while working with QIR frequencies
• Learning to honor her needs, establish boundaries, and release people-pleasing
• Moving through the fear of being seen and becoming more comfortable sharing her gifts
• What it looks like to integrate energetic work into everyday life
• How QIR certification has differed from her previous Reiki training
• The importance of community, continued support, and trusting your own timing

From simply being curious about energy healing to confidently sharing her work with others, Kim's story is a beautiful reminder that becoming a healer isn't just about learning a modality.

It's also about who you allow yourself to become along the way.

🎧 Listen to Kim's story on Sacred Whisper.

In this episode, Christian opens Day 3 of the Quantum Illumination Reiki® Open House with a deeper conversation about what can actually happen when someone receives Quantum Illumination Reiki®.

This episode explores QIR from two lenses:

First, what can happen for you when you receive QIR.

And second, what becomes possible for the clients, students, community members, and people you are here to support when you become certified in this work.

Christian breaks down how QIR works beneath the surface-level symptom and supports the deeper layers — the emotional imprint beneath the reaction, the identity beneath the pattern, the subconscious belief beneath the block, and the soul-level piece beneath what keeps repeating.

In this episode, you’ll hear specific examples around visibility, overgiving, self-trust, client patterns, business expansion, exhaustion, nervous system safety, identity shifts, and the deeper energetic roots that often sit underneath what people consciously understand.

This is not just about relaxation.

QIR can support release, recalibration, remembrance, embodiment, activation, and the places the conscious mind cannot always reach.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

• What may happen when you receive QIR
• Why healing does not always look like a lightning bolt moment
• How QIR supports the layer underneath the layer
• Specific examples for healers and their clients
• Why conscious awareness alone is not always enough
• How QIR supports subconscious, cellular, emotional, energetic, DNA-level, soul-level, and timeline-level healing
• Why this work is so powerful for healers who are called to go deeper with their clients

If you’ve been curious about Quantum Illumination Reiki® or feeling the pull toward certification, this episode will help you understand the depth of what this work can open.

In this episode, Christian opens Day 2 of the Quantum Illumination Reiki® Open House with a clear, grounded conversation about what makes QIR different from traditional Reiki.

Traditional Reiki is beautiful. It has its place.

But Quantum Illumination Reiki® is not traditional Reiki with a prettier name.

Quantum Illumination Reiki® works in 5D+ frequencies, at the quantum level, and beyond the traditional seven chakra system — supporting the subconscious, emotional, energetic, cellular, DNA-level, soul-level, and timeline-level layers.

This episode explores why conscious awareness alone is not always enough to release what the body, field, nervous system, and subconscious are still carrying — and how QIR supports the places the mind cannot always reach.

Christian also shares why this modality came through for this time, this frequency, and the healers who are no longer meant to squeeze their gifts into frameworks they have outgrown.

In this episode, you’ll hear:

• Why QIR is not traditional Reiki repackaged
• The difference between moving energy and alchemizing at the root
• Why healing is not always linear
• How subconscious, cellular, soul-level, and timeline work can show up through QIR
• Why healers are being called into deeper frequencies of support
• How to know if QIR Certification may be your next step

If you’ve been curious about Quantum Illumination Reiki®, this episode is a powerful place to begin.

Decades of experience with traditional Reiki. A background in shamanic healing, yoga, nature, and energy work.

And eventually, a path that led Keegan into Quantum Illumination Reiki®.

In this episode of Voices of QIR, I’m handing the mic to Keegan. A healer who first discovered Reiki and shamanic healing in the 1990s and has spent decades exploring energy, healing, and his own path of self-discovery.

Last year, something shifted.

Keegan found QIR and made the decision to go all in...moving through Levels I, II, and III and becoming a QIR Master Healer, with his Level III Master Attunement ahead of him.

In this conversation, we talk about:

🦋 His path to discovering Reiki and shamanic healing in the 90s — and what changed last year that led him to go all in on QIR Levels I-III

🦋 What he notices is different between traditional Reiki and Quantum Illumination Reiki®

🦋 The changes he has witnessed within himself and his clients since incorporating QIR into his practice

🦋 What it has looked like to come back home to the healer he has always known himself to be

And my favorite way he described the difference:

Going from Usui Reiki to QIR is like going from a box of 8 crayons to a box of 64. 😂🌈

More frequencies, possibilities and ways to meet the person in front of you and support the depth of healing they’re ready for.

Keegan’s story is also such a beautiful reminder that sometimes our path isn’t about becoming someone entirely new.

Sometimes it’s about coming home to something we have known about ourselves all along.

You are here to help people heal.

Through energy work, nature, movement, soul codes, and whatever gifts are uniquely yours to bring forward.

This is Voices of QIR.

I’m handing the healers the mic.

If you’re in the Boulder, Colorado area, Keegan offers in-person and mobile QIR sessions through @7arrowswellness, as well as distance sessions.

And if you’re feeling the pull toward Quantum Illumination Reiki® yourself, DM me QUANTUM on Instagram to learn more about becoming a certified QIR healer.

Welcome to the very first episode of Voices of QIR, a new series on Sacred Whisper where I hand the mic to the healers themselves.

In this episode, you’ll meet Justine: registered nurse, mama, energy healer, and one of the founding healers inside Quantum Illumination Reiki®.

Justine came into QIR already trained in multiple energy healing modalities, including traditional Reiki. But something about this work called her deeper. She shares what changed when she began working beyond the seven main chakras, how her gifts and soul codes became amplified, and what began unfolding as she connected more deeply with the higher chakras. The synchronicities started connecting and downloads became clearer. And her understanding of who she is, why she is here, and the women she feels called to support began coming into focus in an entirely new way.

You’ll hear her speak about her own healing journey, postpartum, her spiritual gifts, women’s health, higher chakra work, and the way her experiences with QIR have influenced the healer she is becoming through her experience, wisdom and voice.

And this is exactly why I created Voices of QIR.

I’m handing them the mic.

Welcome to Justine’s story.
