Valentine never wanted this assignment. Still, bullets don't take no for an answer, so here he finds himself on some godforsaken isthmus with a concrete wall around it. What is the point of this place, anyway? What exactly do they do to people here? Poor Valentine couldn't figure it out in a million years, but it's coming for him all the same.
