How should we respond to the incredible mercy God has shown to us?

  • How do those in Christ live, now that we have received God's great mercy for us?
  • Paul began Romans 12 by declaring that the only reasonable response is to become living sacrifices in service to God.
  • We have been looking at instructions for Christian living in regard to relationships inside and outside the church. How do we relate to our brothers and sisters in Christ and how do we relate to the world of people not following Jesus.
  • Now in Chapter 14 he continues that idea with regard to our freedom in Christ

    • What do we do with the Liberty we have in Christ?

    The short answer is “in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God” Romans 12:1
