When we encounter Jesus and find out that he loves us, even to the point of dying for us, we begin to assume things. Sometimes those assumptions don’t match with what Jesus is offering us. Never is that more apparent then when we talk about our human desire for safety. Does Jesus offer that? Does he want us to be safe? This week we dig into his words and his actions to see what it means to be safe as we follow Jesus.
