On this episode we discuss health before wealth. The path leading to wealth, for most of us, requires intense tunnel vision. In all honesty, In my opinion, is a really good attribute to have. This becomes a negative characteristic when our fixed focus on (money and nothing else) continuously overrules our health. How many times has a job or new business venture captured all of your attention? Unfortunately, the first thing we let slip away is our health. Why is that? That’s the question I’ve been asking myself and others for years. I’m talking about more than falling off your fitness routine for two weeks or eating a lot more than usual. That’s normal and will happen to the best of us. What I’m referring to is your own sinny object. You didn’t know there was such a thing did you?? Haha there most definitely is.

As I mentioned before there’s nothing wrong with money or having it. 

The problem comes when the hunt for money takes over your life. One of the worst things you can do to yourself is become wealthy but slowly kill yourself in the process. For some people it’s to late for them to get back on track after years of neglect. 

Our own sinny object can be just as captivating if not more than others. 

Which can be deceiving pulling you away from longevity. There’s no shortcuts in life, especially when were talking about success, wealth, and purpose. 

Homework:

1. At this moment is money your tool or are you the tool being used? There’s always a choice.
2. Are you distracted by your own shiny object that has you controlled?
3. How’s your overall well-being?
