Here on Capital Chat, we are joined by Program Manager, Jenny Weisshaupt, to chat about what the SAFE Child Advocacy Center organization does, along with child abuse prevention and reporting, and the events for April. They are a multidisciplinary team of professionals who advocate for abuse prevention and the safety, well-being and healing of children who have experienced abuse. The SAFE Child Advocacy Center provides a comprehensive, culturally competent multidisciplinary team response to allegations of child abuse in a child-friendly facility.
