"Safe Room, Safe Space" takes you behind the scenes of whats supposed to be the most serious part of the job.

On paper, its a standard briefing: I walk you into the Safe Room, explain the reinforced walls, the panic button, the comms panel, and exactly what I'd do to get you behind that door if anything ever went wrong. It's all procedures, protocols , and ex Army Habit...... until the quiet hits.

Somewhere between the steel and the silence, the room stops being just a fallback plan and turns into something else - a place where you don't have to perform, impress or pretend youre fine. In this episode, I draw a new line: out there I protect your body, but in here - on this channel, after dark - im offering you a safe space for the nights when its your thoughts that need guarding.
