One of the primary #corecompetencies of the #LeanEnterprise, #OrganizationalAgility describes how #Agileteams optimize their workflow and build a #strategy with clear-cut commitments, as well as quickly adapting the #organization to respond to #market and #environmentalchanges.

#OrganizationalAgility is, put simply, the ability of an #organization to detect and respond to #marketchanges. It requires delivery of sufficient value with the shortest possible lead time. Some of the biggest roadblocks to achieving #BusinessAgility come from a #corporateculture of longtime, static practice. #OrganizationalAgility is a big step towards breaking through that, to usher in change.

There are three dimensions of #OrganizationalAgility. Finally, #StrategyAgility is where the #enterprise is #Agile enough to continuously sense the #market, and quickly change its #strategy when necessary.
