The CPSC and Saferacks are recalling SafeRacks/Monsterrax Overhead Garage Storage Racks.  The hex bolts that help suspend these racks are defective leading to detachment of the rack from the garage ceiling and injuries.  About 12,800 racks were sold online at Costco.com, amazon.com, saferacks.com, monsterrax.com and other websites.  If you bought one of these racks, unload it and contact SafeRacks at 1-877-927-2168 or via email at [email protected] to receive free replacement bolts.
