Dr. Linda Martin, Host of The Safety Struggle and Safety On the Fly calls Ms. Morgan Glaser during her double shift at a JIT (Just-In-Time) manufacturing plant to chat her up on break.

Morgan is a Safety Manager for a company that manufactures Jeep seats (everybody do the Jeep wave!) on JIT scheduling. She is passionate about what she does. In fact, she is so passionate about manufacturing she is centering her dissertation research on it.
