Welcome to Safety Three's first Podcast where we look at how workplace accountability and responsibilities in the workplace may change your life forever. In this episode we examine a recent prosecution and explain how this could happen at any workplace at anytime. On average, 180 workers loose their lives during the course of their work. That equates to a fatality in the workplace every two days and a serious injury occurring on average every 4 minutes. Frightening statistics!
Stories and cases referred to are for general discussion and do not reflect on current or past workplaces. Topics are for general interest and are not considered legal advice. Further information can be access through your local WorkSafe agency or SafeWork Australia.
