Truth-loving intellect adapts to the manifest form.  It does so as a survival mechanism of the brain in a relative mindful or mindless process.  The mindfulness and mindlessness reflect what metaphysical intellect learns to compromise within the schemes of governmental permissions from which it hopes to contribute and/or be a recipient of any number of privileges, various quantities of essentials, and choices where freedom to some degree seems to be permitted.  The permission is a mute point when the form of government veers into an Oligarchy and away from a constitutional form that in the United States was written by the Founders.  The people of the constitutional form of government vary as to the degree of curiosity about their constitution and so for the most part, most of the people tune it out.  This turns out to be a grave mistake because the tendency then is for the people who subconsciously rely on the Constitution to protect their rights, in essence, abandon it as a living document, which also denies the natural evolution of the initial intention to become more self-other validating over time.

Innate curiosity is not precisely exactly relative in size, time-space, time-space-sizing word for word in a correlation to the unexplored or unknown  angles of any physical special cases that are momentarily considered.  Innate curiosity to know what is going on occurs as human events are happening and as natural events unfold uniquely individually and to the entire nation, man for man, woman for woman, children of all levels of fundamental and progressive education.  To not integrate these attributes into an evolving understanding of the United States Constitution, as but one example that applies to every nation on Earth, is also to invite the very oligarchical problem that reinvents its tyrannical takeover wherever the opportunity arises.  So we must pay heed and attention to thought-provoking descriptions and definitions that systemic thought can refer its anticipatory design science without violating what the Founders envisioned but who also did not know about that would be disclosed to future generations as functions of Universe. 

It may never have occurred to the founders of this constitutional form of government, which is the legal government because it is backed by the rule of law, that the very oversights about which they did not seem to be knowledgeable require our individual metaphysical mind and physical brain as essentially  integral to starting with Universe.  When you leave out Universe which clearly provides the  minimum structural system’s eternal integrity patterning and that is also the minimum thinkable set’s integral systemic thought’s integrity patterning, in effect you are leaving the government wide open with infinite invasive interference potentials. The invasions contribute to manifesting the very problems with which our contemporary generations are grappling.  We do so without pinpointing where and when the once beloved system becomes manipulated by newly incentive schemes from all profit motivated angles.
