To read in the Synergetics Dictionary the Mind of Buckminster Fuller Volume Three this morning that, “Word-around Communication Transcends Politics,” it gave me something to think about regarding a replacement acronym for the PRJWBCS.  It was listed under Planetary Democracy suggesting readers to see Electronic Referendum and World Democracy.  Since then, though, with so much hacking and devious infiltration on the World Wide Web, perhaps the idea of an electronic referendum based on Fuller’s mindful vision is a long way from what he may have had in mind.  Especially since his thinking regarding electronic means would have to be highly developed for continual inventorying of all humanity’s thoughts, volitions, and dispositions regarding all currently evolving problems.  The notion obviously is such problematic inventorying that it is positively revolting, and at best naive based on what we are observing on the world stage now in the 21st Century. 

Since his inceptions and conceptions regarding systemic thought and the conceptuality of systems independent of their size, time-size, time-space sizing is by far more economical since thoughts are systems.  Inventorying all of humanity’s thoughts, volitions, and dispositions regarding all currently evolving problems is a hugely perniciously reenacting problem with no practical or logical solution in sight.  The problems are deeply rooted in the inherited detriments of the PRJWBCS.  Historically those schemes do not show humans how to generalize concepts of any or all of those predominating factors, which are physical objectives.  And in fact, the PRJW Belief Complex Schemes historically invalidate the metaphysical, relegating the human mind’s metaphysical astuteness to obscurity along with metaphysical objectives ignoring metaphysical intellect not accrediting the mind as a function of Universe.

The popular view is also a problem since it can so easily be influenced by the internet oligarchical mentality and those with more money and power to perpetrate corruption at a faster rate of contagion than the old-fashioned tyrants did some of whom still operate without cell phones but profit by all the electronic devices in use today. The majority rule in other words is not attractive when the mindsets can be deviously influenced by any means to over power the minority.  That concept seems to be problematic with no comprehensive solution because of the implied imbalances where temporary control can be extended more permanently, literally infecting all potentially benign environments of contemporary motivations, displacing a mind’s logical thought with biases for the sake of any contrived cause.
