What and whose discoveries inspire and fortify our anticipatory design science preoccupation with discerning truths where the objective is a true democracy?  A true democracy would be conceptually different from a quasi democracy. Quasi is defined in Oxford University Press Dictionary in a combining form as seemingly quasi-scientific and being partly or almost as in quasi crystalline.  Crystalline means having the structure and form of a crystal, as well as literary very clear.  Clearly democracies, per se are quasi formulations and in most instances are not literally clear to everyone who trusts democracy as a viable alternative, best choice, compared to other governing systems despite our earnest attempts at formal writing when clarifying its redeeming qualities and reemerging problems to everyone who trusts democracy as a viable alternative to other governing systems.
