Cambridge Financial Services has been an incorporated company since June 1987, and grew out of a bookkeeping proprietorship with roots going back to January 1985. Since its humble beginnings, operating from a tiny office on Almon Street, Cambridge has steadily grown to its current facilities in the Mumford Professional Centre.

The founder of the company, Steve Cummings, has been a guest on a local business to business television program and interviewed by ATV in respect to provincial tax changes. In addition, Mr. Cummings has been quoted in a national investment periodical on the subject of small business ownership and has been guest speaker at the Nova Scotia Community Campus and Canadian Bookkeepers Association.
