Susan was employed by ACCPAC International (AI) from 1987-1989 where she was the lead support technician of Job Cost, Inventory and Payroll. Susan left AI in 1990 to join the Entrepreneurial Services division of Ernst and Young (EY).

SYSERA was founded in 1998 by two partners guided by a single philosophy: “Always do what is right, even when no one is looking."

As they continue to grow, they focus on refining their methodologies in their practice. They have spent considerable resources developing methods that are successful and repeatable.
