Just a quick introduction to me and my thoughts and inspiration for creating this podcast, and my site, Sage Warrior Gentleman.  My goal is to encourage and coach men to be mentors to younger guys coming up in the world so that they can live fuller, more productive lives.  Us older guys have been around, made mistakes, and had some great wins so the men 'll be interviewing will be interesting and have a lot to share.
