It's never too late to do anything you want in life. Helen Nguyen started her cooking career at 33, after a 12-year career in real estate. Her story is just another example of how relentless hard work can transform passions into reality. From her upbringing to her career path, to even now opening her first restaurant in NYC, she's had to defy all odds to come out on top and she's done so with sheer will, determination, and unwavering courage.
