Saima’s career pivot happened after she offered to step in for a friend whose personal chef had cancelled. Since then she’s wowed everyone from Hollywood stars to heads of state with her innovative, beautifully presented banquets. 

When the pandemic hit, her decision to shift focus to serving her fine dining experience in people’s homes proved to be a good one - the business has gone from strength to strength throughout a phenomenally challenging year for the food and hospitality industry.
