-What on earth is happening-- can only be answered by looking up. Our passage introduces God-s people under the figure of a pregnant woman-pregnant with Christ. We are introduced to a great red dragon who tries to eliminate this Christ and those who follow him-aping God in order to achieve this. But we are also shown an angel who tells us that God has the final word.
