This week we tried some of the excellent 4 Sisters Spring Bock, a maibock from Baird Brewing. What exactly is a bock, a maibock, a decoction mash? We got into all of these questions and also (tried to) answer a very interesting listener question about whether brewing is a male dominated industry.
