This week we had some beer for the first time from Be Easy Brewing in Aomori. Aomori Ale - Yellow Koji Version is an American wheat ale mashed with yellow koji and fermented with sake yeast. We also talked a little about the use of koji in beer, greeted some strangers, and answered a new listener question.
