Sakamichi Brewing is in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each week Daniel and Matthew (and sometimes guests) pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

This week, another round of back slapping as we drank our latest new beer. Slam Dank is a single hop DIPA made in collaboration with our friends at Yggdrasil Brewing in Hiratsuka and Shiokaze BrewLab in Soga. We were also joined by a new guest to talk about the home brewing scene in America and the Jimmy Carter rabbit incident.
