Sakamichi Brewing is in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each week Daniel and Matthew (and sometimes guests) pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

This week we enjoyed a few glasses of Bread, a "special beer" released by Anglo Japanese brewing that uses upcycled bread crusts from Bricolage Bread & Co in Roppongi. We also talked a little about upcycling as a concept and how we might hope to apply it at Sakamichi, and pushed Dan's cricket knowledge to the boundary.
