Sakamichi Brewing is located in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each episode Daniel and Matthew (and sometimes guests) pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

This week Matthew welcomed Dan back from the big house, and together they drank some of our latest collaboration with Shiokaze - Three Amigos Dry Irish Stout. We also talked a little about the first brews that we've done in our brewery, refining the perfect hash brown, and an 80s hair odyssey.
