Sakamichi Brewing is located in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each episode Daniel and Matthew pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

This week we tried some of the tartly excellent In the Limelight, a fruited Gose from ShioKaze Brewlab in Chiba. As this was the second week in a row that we were drinking this style, we thought we'd go into a bit of detail about its background and unique character. We also talked a bit about how beer styles and the labels we apply to them have evolved, diverged, and synthesized over the years.
