Sakamichi Brewing is located in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each episode Daniel and Matthew pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

Due to the current State of Emergency we are operating for take out only, so this week we tried a beer from one of our TWO FRIDGES! Dank and Sticky is a dank and sticky west coast IPA from The Hop Concept, a brewery in San Marcos, California. We also talked a bit about the struggles of wading our way through labyrinthine Japanese bureaucracy and how hiring an administrative scrivener can help to cut through the paperwork. We also talked a bit about the difficult decisions that the latest lockdown have given to small businesses in Tokyo and share our perspective on the thinking that goes on behind the scenes.
