Sakamichi Brewing is located in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each episode Daniel and Matthew pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

This week we cracked a can of Days Over, a delicious unfiltered lager from Black Tide Brewing. Black Tide have established themselves as a real favourite in our taproom, with customers often coming in specifically for any new beers that we stock from them. Days Over is a malty and flavourful brew, perfect for drinking in the bath with Winston Churchill and a bear. 

We also reflected a little on some of the things that we've had to learn to do over the last 2 years and some of the lessons we've learned about how to actually get things done. Accepting that the first draft is going to be terrible has allowed us to get started (and hopefully get better) on so many different projects. Our advice - just start! You have to make something to be able to make it better.
