Sakamichi Brewing is located in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each episode Daniel and Matthew pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

This week we were joined by two new members of the Sakamichiverse - John Jarlsberg and Linden Limburger. Together we shared a can of Hoya Boya, a hazy IPA from Black Tide Brewing. It's a light, tropical, and slightly funky beer, so you might be surprised by the musical pairings we picked. Also discussed - Japan's top 3 (and bottom 1) mascots, fond nomi-hodai memories, and Linden's tips for how to run a successful pub.
