Sakamichi Brewing is located in Tachikawa, Tokyo. Each episode Daniel and Matthew (and sometimes guests) pick a beer or two from the menu and talk about it a bit.

This week we were delighted to be joined by returning guest Mac, from Kanpai Planet. Last summer he took a trip to Sado Island to attend a sake making school, so in this episode we talked about some of the differences and similarities between brewing beer and brewing nihonshu. This week is also our second anniversary at Sakamichi Brewing, and we have made a special beer to commemorate it. Together we drank and talked about our Second Anniversary IPA, then went down a real rabbit hole about professional baseball and Japanese population density.
