a Business Development Manager for software outsourcing services.
The company
deliver intelligent, cost-effective, unique software solutions
and business applications
for small scale businesses, start-ups and public institutions.
Your job as a Business Development Manager:
- Continuous sales of digital product development services.
- Strategic development of software outsourcing business.
- Business consulting and outsourcing.
- Finding local and international customers.
- Conducting business negotiations in Hungarian and in English.
Apply if you have
- Business development and sales experience in software outsourcing.
- Comprehensive picture of domestic and international digitization projects.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Strategic level thinking.
- Advanced oral and written English.
Salary range
Well, as we believe in salary transparency, I will share with you the salary range for this job.
For us this is not a taboo, and this should be communicated openly.
gross 800.000 – 1.2 million HUF per month

And if you are more experienced and better than the average then you can have a higher salary, as well.

- an HR interview,
- a technical and professional test (3 days)
- a technical interview if you pass the test.
If the technical interview is successful, then an offer is prepared for you.
So, as you can see the selection process is quite smooth and it does not take longer than 1-2 weeks.
