Gwen is the Founder and Chief Clarity Officer of Gwen Krilova Coaching, a leadership development and coaching company, headquartered in San Diego, providing business coaching dedicated to helping working women. 

From childhood to early in her professional career, Gwen can remember what it felt like to suppress her voice, to feel trapped inside, yearning to be heard and valued, not knowing how to ‘Step Up and Stand Out’ for herself.

The wounds of her environment created a lot of self-limiting beliefs that she carried like an overstuffed suitcase as she traveled to each new destination. Gwen’s baggage continued to get heavier and heavier. She realized that she was meant for so much more and craved to find the voice that she knew was inside me.

Through many years of self-discovery, education, coaching and growth; Gwen finally learned how to let go of the baggage she carried. Today, she proudly 'Step Up and Stand Out' with clarity and confidence.

The woman she became is proof that the past does not have to be a predictor of the future. “Every moment describes who we are AND gives us the opportunity to decide if that’s who we want to be.” Gwen is passionate about helping women get what they want and deserve so they can have fulfilled careers and lead joyful lives.

Before becoming a coach, Gwen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and spent many years in both large and small corporations in careers that included software development, hardware/software technology sales, professional services, financial services and women's fashion apparel.

Gwen is a Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership Index-Master Practitioner. She trained at iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). iPEC is a fully accredited program by International Coach Federation (ICF).
