Sally has a smokehouse between Skibbereen and Castletownsend in rural West Cork She has first-hand experience of the fishing industry, as she was married to a fisherman. Sally has been smoking fish for the the past 40 years. She is now passing on her wealth of knowledge to these who are interested in classes down in her smokehouse. Woodcock smokehouse recently enjoyed a visit from Chef and owner of Randaddy's beachfront restaurant in Lahince County Clare. Randy recently shot an online TV series, available on his social accounts and on rte.ie/lifestyle form Saturday 30th, called Randy's Real Taste of Adventure: East of Ireland Tour. This 6 part mini-series saw him leave his restaurant of ten years behind to take to the highways and byways of Ireland on his first Irish adventure exploring the South and East of Ireland. He covered 8 counties in just 6 days visiting a dozen food businesses and enjoying some great Irish adventure in the great outdoors.
