Salma Bi is a cricket extraordinaire.  A female cricketer who has recently been awarded a BEM (British Empire Medal) adding to her eight other National Awards. She started playing cricket for Worcestershire County and then went onto start many initiatives encouraging other young women in sport especially cricket.  

Salma is a cricketer, umpire, mother, businesswoman and a nurse. 

I caught up with Salma after many years, she shares with me her journey into motherhood, juggling work through covid and her BEM Award.
