This may seem like some inspirational speech where I am patronizing you and telling you that nothing good can come from staying in your comfort zone, but that is unequivocally not true. Like watching my comfort romance movie, Pride and Prejudice, with my mom, drinking hot coco on a snowy day, or the support of a true friend, there are thousands of joys that come from your comfort zone. But I think it's important to remember and acknowledge that some of the most essential transformations in our lives happen upstream.
