Salvador (Sal) Ramirez, M.P.P., is a Program Manager of Philanthropy Projects at the California Council on Science and Technology. Sal received his Masters in Public Policy from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Sal has worked with tkMomentum (giving people with disabilities employment opportunities) and Migrant Head Start (managing school sites throughout Northern California) to provide strategic management of fundraising and programming and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Kazakhstan. Sal completed his BA in Sociology and Black Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
