We will never stop judging i guess, but how about we challenge & adjust our lances and stop forming conclusions by using our deceptive negative perceptions. As with confusing salt for sugar and vis-a- versa, How will you know if you don't lick the salt and sugar to know what you are peceiving? I often think of how intense our judgements are and how we never shy away from sharing them. Invalidated as the infor /our perception is, we always want to relay it. But Can our judgements ever add +ve value? Do we ever want them to? Or could we ever try to be intentional about spreading goodness and forfeit the thrill of being the bearer of negative news about people and situations we don't really know much about? Do we challenge what we want to be to/in the greater life once we are exposed to these judgements?
