In this episode, we talk about our journey from being unequally yoked, to becoming a couple fully on fire for the Lord. What happens when one spouse is pursuing God and the other isn’t? How do you love faithfully and pray fervently for your spouse? And what does it look like when God transforms not just a heart, but your whole marriage?

We talk honestly about the seasons we have been in, choosing to honor and love when it wasn’t always easy, surrendering control to the Lord, and trusting God to do the refining work only He can do. This is the kind of holy love that refuses to give up.

The Bible talks about our sinful nature as humans and how we can combat it. Surrender to Jesus truly does transform us from the inside out and it will be evident in the fruits of the spirit that we bear. Are you a tree that bears good fruit? Or a tree that is bare? Do you have Peace in the midst of the storm? Joy that is not conditional? Self control when temptation arises? We challenge each of you to really dive deeper into each of these characteristics that will help us to be more Christlike.
