Every Nation has a constitution, laws to be followed,  Heaven too has rules of engagement, that's the Bible, the greatest of all rules of engagement,  that guarantees you being above is receiving Jesus Christ as your personal Lord & Saviour.  He is the only Identity Card you need to go through the gates of Heaven to the FATHER. Besides Him, you can't.
