A man makes many decisions every day, but when he is dead, he cannot simply choose to become alive again. Many Christians assume that every person has the natural moral ability to exercise his or her free will unto salvation. But the Bible declares that every person is born spiritually dead in trespasses and sins and must be born again by the sovereign grace of God.
