Stephen responds to his accusers by unfolding Salvation's Grand Design to save the Lord's people for Himself. As he narrates and applies this wonderful history, we can only marvel at the undulating ways of the Sovereignty of God and His mighty hand upon His people's lives. He is in control- He is fully aware of every event in History- and He uses them for His purposes.
