Host Stephanie Bales Hurtado is taking this time to catch up with her running friends at home and around the globe to see what is similar and different in how runners around the world are living through the COVID 19 Pandemic. These mostly lighthearted mini episodes will hopefully make us feel less alone and inspire us to keep dreaming of future running adventures. On our first episode we catch up with Salvatore Puglia from Cape Town, South Africa. Stephanie met Salvatore in a 55 km Ultra race in Iceland in 2013.
