Today I want to introduce you to Sam, Sam is one of the sweetest and most gentle humans you will ever meet, she is an intentional soul that values the freedom and ability to pursue life and share it’s moments with others, and one that I’m excited to share a little of with you today

We chat about the growth that comes from constant change, the difference in feeling truly listened to and how we gain understanding as a result, and why asking for help is not a weakness 

She shares the struggle in feeling different, how gaining the confidence in knowing our own value changes the way we step into what lies ahead, and the times that she has relied and grown from her own strength
