Samantha Colleran is a 19-year-old music industry student at SUNY Oneonta, who has recently launched her own music blog called “Vibing on Vinyl.” Colleran, a Rockaway native, said she came up with the idea after being sent home from school back in March, when the COVID-19 pandemic started.
