Sam Copeland started her Reaseheath journey as a student and is now a very popular lecturer on the Bakery and Patisserie course. Sam has been with Reaseheath as a full-time member of staff for nine years.

Sam says that teaching allows her to make a difference to young people’s lives whilst doing a hobby that she loves!

Sam graduated from her foundation degree and earned her Bachelor of Science before catching the “education bug” and studying to become a teacher.
