It is hoped a new pay deal for hospital service workers will help ease staff turnover.
Cleaners, laundry workers, catering and security staff will get pay rises of up to 40 percent over the next three years.
Medcruit managing director Sam Hazledine told Mike Hosking the deal is long overdue.
"The pay rise brings the workers more inline with their private sector counterparts."
