Tiffany St James is the Founder of Transmute, a consultancy embedding better digital capability.   Transmute Clients Include: Cabinet Office, Google, Market Research Society, National Trust, Parliament, Prudential, UAE Government and Viacom.       Tiffany is the former Head of Public Participation (Social Media) for the UK Government and was the strategic lead in Cabinet Office for Social Media.   She ran the world's largest web-rationalisation programme, was the first Director of Communications for Directgov and the first Head of Digital Policy Communications for the UK Government.   She launched Data.gov.uk with Sir Tim Berners-Lee. Together, they continue to work towards making the UK Government the most transparent in the world.   Tiffany is one of the inaugural Tech City100 and a TED Speaker.
