This week Matt and Ben welcome Sam Thompson a.k.a Sammy T, into the studio. You might know Sam from starring on Made in Chelsea, but he is also a presenter and host, fitness advocate and content creator.

Sam, Matt and Ben chat about how vulnerability can be seen as weak, owning your flaws, cancel culture, it being really scary to be yourself, presenting, Sam's anxiety and how he manages it, trying to be cool and owning your inner geek, social anxiety on social media, connecting with people, crying on national television, telling people you love them and being scared of getting things wrong.
