Keeping in mind her roots, Samantha Fore decided to come back home to Kentucky after studying marketing and management in Boston. She began learning to cook traditional Sri Lankan food from her mother and found herself emerging onto the growing Lexington culinary scene after sharing her meals with friends. The positive response encouraged her to start Tuk Tuk Sri Lankan Bites, a combination of traditional Sri-Lankan and Southern flavors.
