Melissa and Larry are two workaholic individuals who are on a journey to financial freedom while still having fun. Larry mainly focuses on stock trading and Melissa likes the real estate side of things. They bought their first real estate property in May 2019 to convert it into a duplex and to house hack it. With no experience with renovations, they went through multiple hurdles and ended up 2 years later doing the work themselves. Even with all the headaches, they have enjoyed the whole ride. Be resourceful, stay persistent and optimistic!
